Clean and modern stay near Bercy
modern room spacious shower
The location is close to the Accor Arena. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. The shower and bathroom were smart, also spacious. I liked the concept of a kitchenette if staying more than one night.
the reception staff needs to be a lot more polite the breakfast is very basic not worth the price at all. the single beds are quite small for an average size person. not providing fresh water in rooms every day and asking the guest to refill the same from a dispenser in the lobby also for refill of coffee pods one has to go to the reception & ask is quite silly.

Fantastic stay near Gare de Lyon
close proximity lidl supermarket small balcony laundry facilities
i appreciated the proximity to gare de lyon it was only a ten-minute walk. the location near a lidl supermarket was very convenient. our room had a small balcony this provided some fresh air. i found the self-service laundry facilities very useful.
refilling coffee pods required going to the reception and asking it felt somewhat inconvenient.

the hotel sits conveniently close to several metro stations. this made accessing various parts of the city very easy. nearby, i observed numerous shops and restaurants creating a lively atmosphere. it seemed like a very central and connected area.

cute staff clean rooms modern look
The location was good for accessing different metro lines. The staff was cute. The rooms were clean. I appreciated the modern look of the hotel.
The hotel does not provide bottled water beyond the one bottle upon arrival.

fantastic STAY near gare de lyon
large room comfy beds friendly staff good bus service
i found the room to be quite large and it was very clean. i appreciated the comfy beds and slept well each night. The staff were friendly and helped with directions. i liked the available bus service just outside.
the breakfast, while adequate, did not have much VARIETY .

a bar is available to guests at all hours in the lobby area. A well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave and fridge. I noticed a Lidl shop next door, very convenient for groceries. Breakfast provides a nice selection of items.

decent location , but some issues
poor cleaning limited water
the location was quite good , close to transportation.
the room was not properly cleaned , i found some hairs in the shower. also , the provided water was limited to one bottle for the entire stay and there was no replenishment of tea and coffee. i stayed for several nights , but i only got that single small bottle , it's disappointing.

Really good Stay Near Gare de Lyon
equipped kitchen grocery shopping convenient access
I found a fully equipped kitchen very useful. The proximity to a Lidl supermarket made grocery shopping easy. I was thrilled to find an amazing bakery just a short walk away, perfect for morning pastries. The location near Gare de Lyon offered convenient access to transportation.
I noticed that the reception staff could have been more attentive.

My room was spacious, tidy, and clean. A big, comfortable bed ensured restful nights. I also had a mini kitchen equipped with a coffee machine. tea and coffee supplies for my use.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. They immediately solved a minor issue I reported. I requested a later check-out time and they accommodated me right away. This attentiveness was appreciated.

Numerous metro stations were very close. The location beside a supermarket was very handy. I also enjoyed walking in the elevated park located across the street. It offered a peaceful retreat.

A SUPER stay near Gare de Lyon!
helpful staff delicious cake water dispenser
I found mediha helpful. She provided ALL the information I needed. The almond cake at breakfast was DELICIOUS!!! I thought the croissant was also amazing. I could easily fill my water bottle at the dispenser in the reception area.
